Itara Group

Corporate solutions

Corporate wellness for organisations, led by one flagship programme on midlife at work. Every engagement starts with a conversation and a proposal scoped to your workforce.

Corporate wellness

Corporate wellness is the umbrella. The flagship programme sits at its centre, and further programmes are designed to a client’s brief.

Flagship programme

The Midlife Workforce, Itara Group’s programme on midlife transition at work, built on its own research. Details below.

Programmes on request

Beyond the flagship, Itara Group designs wellness programmes to your brief. An outline is typically ready within days of the request, then scoped, piloted and evaluated like any other engagement.

Who it is for

Itara Group works with medium and large organisations that have an established People, Occupational Health or Employee Wellness function. Typical decision-makers are chief executives and finance leaders, People and HR directors, heads of employee wellness, organisational development leaders and diversity and inclusion leads.

Scope

The programmes are education and organisational development. They are not a medical service, a diagnostic service or a substitute for occupational health. Participants are signposted to their own clinicians and to the support the employer already provides.

In South Africa, sessions can be delivered in person. Elsewhere they are delivered online.

Start with an executive briefing.

A short conversation to establish your priorities, your workforce and the delivery format that fits.
